At Delta Med Surgical, we ensure that every order is packed to meet international medical standards and delivered through the most reliable global channels. Below is the technical breakdown of our delivery processes.

1. Standard Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed in your Proforma Invoice, we typically operate under the following international terms:

• EXW (Ex-Works): We make the goods available at our factory in Sialkot. The buyer handles all collection and shipping.
• FOB (Free On Board): We handle the export clearance in Pakistan and deliver the goods to the port/airport. The buyer takes responsibility once the goods are on board.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): Recommended for most medical distributors. We deliver the goods directly to your specified warehouse or facility. The buyer is responsible only for import customs and local taxes.

2. Packaging for Medical Integrity

Every instrument undergoes a final inspection before being sealed. Our delivery packaging includes:

• Sterile-Ready Pouches: High-grade individual packaging to prevent scratches.
• Shock-Absorbent Materials: Inner cushioning to protect the alignment of fine-tipped instruments (like Plastic Surgery retractors).
• Heavy-Duty Export Cartons: Multi-layered corrugated boxes to withstand international transit.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: 2–5 business days (for in-stock items).
• Manufacturing Lead Time: 3–4 weeks (for bulk or custom orders).
• Express Transit: 5–8 business days via DHL/FedEx.
• Air Freight Transit: 10–14 business days to major international airports.

4. Order Tracking & Documentation

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, our logistics team will provide:

• Tracking Number: For real-time monitoring via the courier’s portal.
• Digital Copies: Scanned versions of the Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB).
• Commercial Documents: Fully compliant Invoice and Packing List for smooth customs clearance.

5. Address Accuracy & Redirects

Please ensure your delivery address and contact person details are 100% accurate on the Proforma Invoice. Once a shipment is in transit, redirects may incur additional fees from the carrier which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
