Payment Methods & Terms

At Delta Med Surgical, we offer secure and flexible payment options to facilitate smooth international trade. We understand the requirements of global medical distributors and aim to provide transparent financial processing for every order.

  1. Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)

This is our most common payment method for bulk international orders. It is secure, fast, and accepted by all major banks worldwide.

  • Standard Terms: Typically, 50% Advance to initiate production and 50% Balance within one week of confirming that the order has been received and inspected (as per our updated commercial agreement).
  • Currency: We accept payments in USD ($), EUR (€), and GBP (£).
  • Details: Our complete bank coordinates (IBAN and SWIFT code) will be provided on your official Proforma Invoice.
  1. Letter of Credit (L/C)

For high-volume bulk orders or government tenders, we accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit at Sight. This provides maximum security for both the buyer and the seller. Please consult with our sales team for specific L/C terms before finalizing your order.

  1. Online & Digital Payments

For smaller sample orders or trial shipments, we offer faster digital options to speed up the processing time:

  • Remitly / Western Union / MoneyGram: Ideal for quick sample fee transfers.
  • Online Platforms: We can facilitate payments through secure platforms like Alibaba Trade Assurance for added buyer protection.
  1. Invoice & Documentation

With every payment, Delta Med Surgical provides:

  • Preform Invoice (P.I.): Including all technical specifications and shipping terms.
  • Commercial Invoice: Required for customs clearance in your country.
  • Payment Receipt: Sent immediately after funds are cleared in our account.
  1. Security & Compliance
  • Verification: Please ensure you only send payments to the official bank accounts listed on our official domain ([info@deltamedsurgical.com]) invoices.
  • Data Privacy: We handle all financial information with strict confidentiality and in compliance with international banking regulations.
