Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Global Shipping Coverage

We ship our products worldwide, including to:

• Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, etc.)

• Asia & Oceania

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options depending on the order size and urgency:

• Express Courier: For small to medium orders and samples, we use DHL, FedEx, or UPS (Door-to-Door delivery).
• Air Freight: Recommended for medium to large shipments to minimize costs while maintaining speed.
• Sea Freight: The most cost-effective option for very large bulk orders or heavy equipment.

3. Lead Times & Processing

• In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Custom/OEM Orders: Manufacturing lead times for custom or bulk orders vary depending on the quantity and complexity. We will provide a confirmed timeline during the quoting process.
• Transit Time: Express shipping usually takes 5–10 business days globally.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. We provide a detailed shipping quote alongside your Proforma Invoice. For large orders, we can also work with your preferred freight forwarder (Ex-Works or FOB).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking Number and the necessary shipping documents so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As an international exporter, Delta Med Surgical provides all standard export documentation. However, please note:

• The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their country’s regulations.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific import requirements for medical instruments.

7. Damage & Insurance

All our shipments are securely packed in export-quality packaging to prevent damage. We also offer insurance options for high-value shipments to ensure your investment is fully protected during transit.
