We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Material Integrity: We guarantee that our instruments are manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel (AISI 420/304) compliant with ASTM F899 standards.
Corrosion Resistance: All instruments are guaranteed against rusting and corrosion, provided they are cleaned, sterilized, and maintained according to standard clinical protocols.
Functional Precision: We warrant that our instruments will perform their intended surgical function with the highest degree of accuracy.

Note: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper sterilization, or unauthorized modifications to the instrument.

How to Claim Warranty Service

If an instrument fails to meet our quality standards:

Evaluation: Our quality control engineers will review the claim within 48 hours.
Resolution: Valid warranty claims will be resolved through a free replacement or a credit toward your next order.
