At Delta Med Surgical, we take immense pride in the precision and quality of our instruments. We understand that in the medical field, accuracy is everything. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1.   14-Day Inspection Period

We offer a 14-day inspection window from the date of delivery. We encourage our international partners to inspect the craftsmanship, finish, and functionality of the instruments upon arrival.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

  • The instruments are in their original, unused condition.
  • The items have not been sterilized or put into clinical use.
  • The products are returned in their original packaging with all protective caps and inserts.
  • You provide proof of purchase or the original Proforma Invoice.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

Delta Med Surgical stands by the quality of its stainless steel.

  • Replacements: If an instrument is found to have a manufacturing defect (e.g., material flaw, misalignment, or functional failure), we will provide a free replacement or a credit toward your next order.
  • Corrosion Resistance: We guarantee our instruments against rust and corrosion, provided they are cleaned and sterilized according to standard medical protocols.

4. Custom & OEM Orders

Please note that Custom-made instruments or products with Custom Laser Branding (Private Label) are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. Because these are made specifically to your specifications, they cannot be restocked.

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective Items: If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, Delta Med Surgical will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement in your subsequent shipment.
  • Standard Returns: For returns based on a change of mind or ordering errors by the customer, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and any applicable customs duties.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or replacement claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@deltamedsurgical.com.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs/videos of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
