Customer Satisfaction Commitment

At Delta Med Surgical, we are committed to providing high-quality surgical instruments and reliable service. If a customer receives a product that does not meet the agreed specifications or arrives damaged, we take responsibility and work quickly to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Compensation

Customers may request compensation under the following circumstances:

  • Products received are damaged during shipping
  • Products are defective or have manufacturing faults
  • Items delivered do not match the confirmed order specifications
  • Incorrect quantities were delivered

To be eligible, the customer must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Claim Procedure

To initiate a compensation request, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone.
  2. Provide the order number and shipment details.
  3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product.
  4. Describe the problem clearly for proper evaluation.

Our quality control team will review the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

Compensation Options

Depending on the situation, Delta Med Surgical may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of defective or damaged products
  • Partial refund based on the affected items
  • Credit for future orders
  • Full replacement shipment in severe cases

The final decision will depend on the inspection and agreement between both parties.

Non-Eligible Cases

Compensation may not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Products altered or modified by the buyer
  • Claims submitted after the reporting period
