MicroAire PAL cannulas are used with the MicroAire Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) system for efficient fat extraction, body contouring, and fat harvesting. The cannulas are designed to reciprocate, which helps surgeons move through tissue more easily, reduces fatigue, and shortens procedure times. A variety of cannula types are available for different surgical needs, with varying tip styles, port configurations, and features

 Types of MicroAire PAL Cannulas

  1. Mercedes Cannula: Features a multi-port tip designed for both fat harvesting and suction, with a flared variation available.
  2. Bent Flared Mercedes Cannula: An angled tip that allows surgeons to access tight or contoured spaces. It's effective for debulking and pre-tunneling.
  3. Del Vecchio Large Volume Harvester: A specialized tool with 12 radial vents designed for harvesting small fat lobules during large-volume liposuction.
  4. Bensimon Nano Harvester: Used for harvesting smaller volumes of fat for delicate or precise grafting procedures.
  5. Coleman Multi-hole Aspiration Cannula: A multi-port cannula designed for efficient and even fat extraction.
  6. Miller Speed Harvesting Cannula: Features multiple ports to accelerate the fat harvesting process.
  7. Spatula Cannula: Designed with two holes for fine and precise sculpting.
  8. Accelerator Tip Cannula: Features three openings arranged in a triangular pattern for aggressive fat removal.

For General Aspiration

Single-Port Cannula: A basic cannula with a single opening used for tissue and fat removal.

Basket Cannula: A multi-port cannula with six radial vents for efficient, broad-field contouring. A double-basket version is also available.

Tri-Port Cannula: Available in various configurations, these cannulas feature three ports for balanced and uniform fat removal.

Helixed Tri-Port Cannula: Contains three transverse ports for aggressive extraction, especially useful in fibrous areas.

 Additional Features

Materials: Cannulas are made from high-quality, surgical-grade stainless steel to ensure durability.

Compatibility: Designed with a specific hub to work seamlessly with the MicroAire PAL system, though adapters are available for third-party cannulas.

Reusable and Autoclavable: Most cannulas are reusable and can withstand repeated sterilization.

Precision: The reciprocating motion of the PAL system, combined with specific cannula designs, allows for greater precision and more controlled tissue removal.
